Florence Eggers Residence
(Local History Sidenote: Their previous residence, Sleepy Hollow Farm in Meridian, was a working dairy farm she sold to Harold and Suzanne Agee. The Agees moved there with their children, Carolyn and Bill. Harold Agee served in the Idaho House from 1965 to 1879. As an adult, Bill later was the chairman, president, and CEO of Morrison-Knudsen Co.)
This home is similar to the others featured built at that time with the low, one-story design of a western ranch home. Natural materials like stone, wood, and flagstone continue outside to the flagstone terrace to connect indoor and outdoor living. The grasscloth wallpaper and stone planter in the living room is indicative of mid-century design.
This home was completed in December 1953 and built by Emery S. Conner. As of 2021, this home was still located at 3410 W. Davis Lane, Meridian, Idaho.
