For 127 years, Hummel has helped define the buildings and landmarks of the Boise skyline. We continue our tradition of innovation with The London planned for 5th and Broad Street. This exciting project will add to the vibrancy of the Central Addition area with 2-story live-work units, condos, and an innovative, space-saving parking design. 

The London stands on V-shaped structural members that are expressed on the interior and exterior of the building as they support the lantern-like parking cube above. 

A ribbon of composite panel and curtain wall wrap around the parking cube on the Front and Broad street facades capped with heavily landscaped cascading steps that lead down from the amenity deck to the roof of the live work units. 

The tower is clad in composite skin and curtain wall in an alternating pattern to create texture and variation in each façade.
