Located in the Old Boise Historic District, the Gibson is a 100,000 SF, five story mixed-use building that includes 81 apartments which range in size from studios to two bedrooms. The project includes six ground level loft style townhomes with private terraces, as well as 2,700 SF of retail space.
The building boasts exclusive apartment amenities which include an urban pocket park, a tenant common living room connected to an outdoor space via a glass overhead door, tenant package room, bike storage and wash, dog wash and run, and 66 parking spaces. The building also includes a fifth-floor common outdoor space equipped with a fire pit, outdoor kitchen and dining area that showcases great city and foothills views.
