Hummel worked with a private client to provide schematic design services for a new brewery in Bend, Oregon. Our team worked closely with the client to develop a design that housed new automated brewery technology that brews to perfection based on the data input from the users. With this newer brew concept, the design expresses the new technology in brewing beers.  

The design also takes into consideration the use of outdoor space for the winter and summer months in Bend. Utilizing large roll-up garage type doors, the interior and exterior are seamlessly connected. A splash park adjacent to the patio space would enable parents and children to be connected during the summer months.
