We operate as a team to achieve collective goals and the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support (large and small tasks) to ensure success. You will be joining a fun, creative and experienced team.

Duties include reception and communication management, meeting schedule coordination, coordinating travel and making arrangements, office supply and building maintenance management, assistance with marketing material production, assistance with AR and AP processing, other duties as requested.

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client relation skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, recognizing priority items is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is critical. One must have the reasoning ability to define problems and follow through to appropriate resolutions. Skills in self starting with the ability to recognize the big picture as well as the small details along with time management skills are required. Experience with Microsoft products and advanced Outlook calendaring ability is required.
