The interrelated components of a utilization study, building energy assessment, master plan and landscape master uniquely inform each other, identifying both short and long term needs along with strategies for how to comprehensively proceed with future improvements and projects.
ROCK CREEK ELEMENTARY
To provide a solution to rapid enrollment growth in the Magic Valley, the Twin Falls School District passed a bond for two new elementary schools, Rock Creek and Pillar Falls Elementary.
BSU COLLEGE OF BUSINESS & ECONOMICS
Boise State University’s new College of Business and Economics building is a four story gateway prominently located along the west entrance to campus.
ST. LUKES FRUITLAND
Commissioned to provide high-performance building envelope design, Hummel Architects teamed with a local tenant improvement architect to design a new stand alone medical office plaza in rural Fruitland, Idaho.
Adaptive Reuse, Commercial
This 24,000 square-foot adaptive reuse project is located in Boise’s Central Addition District at the corner of 3rd and Front Street.
Hillsdale Elementary presented an innovative way to make public dollars go further and breakdown the stereotypical walls for an elementary education facility by combining a school, a recreational center and library all under one roof.
PILLAR FALLS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Pillar Falls Elementary School resides on the north eastern part of Twin Falls and houses pre-kindergarten-5th grade students.
BUREAU OF RECLAMATION
The Snake River area office of the Bureau of Reclamation and U.S. Geological Survey was designed to acknowledge each agency’s responsibility: Rock and Water.
