Wood River High School includes teaching and instructional spaces for 1,250 students. Set against the foothills of the Pioneer Mountains, the building houses a food court, band/music suite, media center, science labs, lecture hall, administrative and counseling suites, competitive gym and practice courts, and an innovative interior courtyard with an ice/snow melt system.

Site amenities include student and visitor parking, a new track and football stadium, a main entry plaza, and a bus loop with a primary student entry.
