The Stoa Building was designed to integrate into the surrounding Foothills. Interior finishes are purposely minimal in an attempt to highlight the structural nuances such as indigenous fir beams, polished concrete floors, and exposed mechanical and electrical systems. The Foothills’ warm, natural palette is present throughout the building in the carpets, fabrics, and paints. The lobby features a custom-designed reception desk and modern furnishings. The conference room contains a custom-designed conference table that seats 14. Extensive windows take advantage of the building’s eastern exposure, allowing for the use of natural light. Upstairs, the office space features modular furniture and working space that accentuates the utilitarian style of the building.
