In association with Architectural Nexus

Hummel in collaboration with Architectural Nexus of Salt Lake City, master planned the new 40-acre medical campus and full service replacement hospital offering cancer treatment center, emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgical and diagnostic services, with 186 inpatient bed capacity and 25,000 sf central plant. Opened in 2011, this state-of-the art facility is over 700,000 sf and includes a 100,000 sf Medical Office Building with physician clinics. Construction of the fast tracked project began in August of 2007 with the letting of the concrete and steel package for the central plant and inpatient tower buildings. In total, there have been 10 separate and distinct packages and phases, concluding with the MOB tenant improvement package.
