St Luke's 27th Street

The proposed St. Luke’s 27th Street Development Project will be composed of two wings, housing the Hospital and Medical Office Building. It will be accompanied by a separate five-story parking garage structure. Campus site improvements will include: on-grade parking, patient drop-off and patient pick-up drives, drop-off entry canopies, an outdoor rehab therapy yard, multiple bicycle rack parking elements, screened receiving lot and entrance, and a screened utility and trash yard. The primary patient vehicle entrance to the site will be from 27th Street and service entry to the site will come from 25th Street.
The building is approximately 223,704 SF total made up by half Hospital area and half Medical Office Building/Clinic use. The hospital side of the building is a three story, outpatient and inpatient facility providing outpatient specialty surgeries and inpatient care. Major hospital departments include: Urgent Care Clinic, Medical Imaging, Food and Nutrition Services, Administration Suite, Lab, Surgery, Sterile Processing, Pre Op/Post Op, Inpatient rooms, and Pharmacy. The Medical Office Building/ Clinic side of the facility is a four-story outpatient facility housing three stories of clinics and one story of staff office, staff work areas and conference rooms. Clinic areas include seven separate clinic suites and one rehab therapy suite. All three of the floors of clinics will include multiple imaging and procedure rooms that serve the separate clinic suites.
