Northwest Parking Garage + Downtown Capital Improvement Plan, Phase 1

This 8-story parking garage (2 tiers below, 6 tiers above grade) has a parking capacity of approximately 1,130 stalls. Each parking deck is approx. 50,000 SF for a building total of 405,000 SF. This space will add 850 parking spaces for St. Luke’s employees, with additional spots for patient use. There will be a special area for bike commuters, including a bike maintenance station with air and repair tools.

The garage sits adjacent to the First Street Medical Office Plaza and the new Central Plant Building. It will be accessible by vehicles from both First and Second Streets. The facades feature decorative brick, precast spandrels, and storefront windows at key locations to engage pedestrians and cycle track users. Stair towers are easily recognized by garage users and are in keeping with the architectural vocabulary of the downtown Boise Campus.
